Trying to find the right makeup artist for your wedding day can feel daunting, with so much choice, different artistry styles and endless portfolios to look through. In this blog post, I wanted to help you through that process and share 3 signs that I am the bridal makeup artist for you!
1) You can see yourself in my portfolio
Since I began my career as a bridal makeup artist, I have been a part of nearly 200 weddings, meaning I have a LOT of inspiration photos. When flicking through my portfolio, it is crucial that you see yourself and your desired bridal style within my images. Now, you definitely don’t have to love every look and you can absolutely choose elements you like/dislike from each look to create your dream makeup, but overall you should be able to envision yourself in my style of glam.
I believe all brides should still look like themselves on their big days, and advocate that above all, you should be comfortable in your finished makeup. If I had to describe my style in three words, I would say natural, timeless and light! If you are looking for a full glam, heavy or transformative bridal makeup artist, I am likely not right for you.
2) You like my vibe!
Something that is sometimes overlooked by brides is making sure they like their makeup artist as a person! Your MUA will be one of the first suppliers you see on your wedding day, and is someone who will be with you for most of the morning. It is so important you like their vibe as well as their makeup style and that you want them to be there for such a special part of your day.

3) My prices are within your budget
The third and equally important sign that I am the bridal makeup artist for you is that my prices are within your budget. Whilst makeup styles and personal preference are all so unique to each bride, so is the wedding budget.
