Thank you so much Imogen for helping me feel so beautiful on my wedding day. My bridesmaids all looked stunning and our makeup lasted all day! You helped keep the vibes so calm on the morning of the wedding, every look the girls wanted was achieved with such ease even though I wanted to change a few from things from the trial and you took note and made the slight changes I wanted and smashed it. I felt absolutely amazing and this all thanks to you! I’d recommend you to anyone getting married and will use you again for any events that I want to feel amazing at.
Imogen is incredible and you should not hesitate to book her for your bridal make up! From the moment we met, Imogen was so kind and reassuring. Her communication was excellent throughout, informing me at the start of the year when I could expect my trial and then giving me all the details I needed in a timely fashion. The trial was so relaxed, with small adjustments made as I wanted and even when I couldn’t articulate exactly what I wanted, Imogen knew what I meant to just make my features pop. On the wedding day, my make up was stunning, a perfect natural look. It lasted all day, literally not a single sweat mark or smudge, I was getting so many comments as we said our goodbyes at the end of the night of “how is your make up still perfect!?”. I cannot recommend Imogen highly enough.
I couldn’t have asked for a better person to do my makeup on my wedding day. Imogen did the most incredible job. My makeup stayed flawless for over 14 hours in over 30 degree heat! An absolute miracle worker! She’s so friendly, and you can really feel how passionate she is about her work. HIGHLY recommend!

Where to start with Imogen! My main brief when looking for a makeup artist for my wedding day was that I wanted to look in the mirror and look back at photos and recognise myself, whilst also feeling beautiful. And Imogen was EXACTLY the right person and nailed this brief without question. I felt so beautiful on my wedding day, but I also felt light (no heavy or cakey makeup) and carefree and entirely myself.
Looking back at the photos now I love every single photo of me, which doesn’t usually happen, and I know it’s because of the beautiful work Imogen did. Thank you so much, Imogen.My makeup also lasted the whole day and night, which in a 30°C+ heatwave is so impressive!
Imogen has the most fun and easygoing personality and fit right in with my bridal party. She was a perfect addition to the morning. At my trial she listened to everything I said – things like “I’ve never worn false lashes” so we didn’t do false lashes on my wedding day. Instead she spent time carefully curling and applying mascara to my natural lashes, and my nephew said his mum “looked like auntie Izzy when she put eyeliner in her waterline”, so we put eyeliner in my waterline because it’s what I would usually do. These little details helped me feel so safe in Imogen’s hands.
I can’t recommend Imogen enough to anyone who wants to feel like their most beautiful self!
I had such a lovely experience with Imogen during my makeup lesson! She was so easy to talk to, super friendly, and made me feel really comfortable straight away. I really appreciated that she worked with what I already had, asking thoughtful questions to tailor everything to me.
I learned so much—both theory and practical tips—that I can genuinely use in my everyday makeup routine as well as for special occasions! After the session, she sent such a detailed, personalised breakdown of everything we covered, which was incredibly helpful and so appreciated. She even went the extra mile by recommending places where I could get discounts, completely unprompted and without any affiliation, which really shows how generous she is with her knowledge.
Overall, she’s just a really lovely person to be around and made the whole experience feel fun, relaxed, and valuable. I would absolutely have my makeup done by her again and would happily recommend her to anyone!
I booked Imogen for my wedding, including 7 makeups in total. Imogen ensured that she brought another MUA with her to help with the capacity and time restraints, and Sam was just as amazing and professional as Imogen. Both were calm, joyous and incredible at their work.
My main concern with booking a MUA, especially for a wedding, was the fact that I had a trial, but my mother and bridesmaids didn’t. My bridesmaids have a range of skin tones, and I was worried that this was something that could easily go wrong. When I met Imogen for my own trial, I understood her talent and professionalism, and immediately was put at ease. All the looks on the day were fantastic.
Arguably more importantly, Imogen is a joy to be around, is easy to talk to, and is happy to get stuck in to the usual pre wedding faff! I was so pleased with her service, and would highly recommend her to anyone else requiring wedding makeup, or any look for an occasion. Thanks again for making my day so special.
I enjoyed a fantastic natural make up lesson with Imogen. Imogen did my make up as Mother of the Groom and I loved it so much I booked a lesson. As an older lady I was out of touch with products and techniques but Imogen went through a routine, giving tips and advice. I also received comprehensive notes on the whole lesson together with product recommendations, colours, etc . But no products were recommended out of affiliation to a particular brand, they are just products Imogen knows well. I highly recommend Imogen both for special occasion make and lessons. I am looking forward to practicing my new look.
I can’t recommend Immie enough for wedding make up! Ahead of my make up trial, I let her know I was keen to have a red lip and did she have any recommendations. She immediately recommended a lip stain for the ceremony which is now just a go-to product for me. I loved my trial make up and it lasted so so well.
On the wedding morning, she embraced the slight chaos and had organised another make up artist, Chloe, to assist so we could have a slightly later start which was so needed. All my bridesmaids, my mum and mother in law absolutely loved their make up and everyone looked beautiful. She stayed right up until we were about the leave for the ceremony to make sure everyone had the touch ups they needed.
I’d highly recommend Immie – she’s extremely talented, lovely to spend time with and a wonderful addition to your wedding morning.
Imogen was amazing from start to finish. At my trial, she took the time to listen to what I wanted and had lots of useful advice for me. She was open to feedback and encouraged me to really go for what I wanted. It’s not my style to go for the usual barely there natural look, and Imogen was up for the challenge! The end result was absolutely beautiful, if I do say so myself…
Imogen also did makeup for my mum and three bridesmaids. All were very happy, comfortable and entertained throughout! Imogen fit into our little group seamlessly, it felt like we’d known each other for ages! It was a really fun start to the day and put me totally at ease and full of confidence. Thank you Imogen!

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to have been there with me getting ready on the morning of my big day. Couldn’t have asked for more. Great vibe, great chit chat and overall so friendly. From my trial, Imogen had to source an oil free mascara but that wasn’t an issue for her at all. It really didn’t feel like a problem. Superb!

I recently attended a makeup session hosted by Imogen, and it was specifically tailored to women over 40, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, she made everyone feel comfortable and confident in trying new makeup techniques.
Imogen was really great at adjusting her session to those with mature skin – what works and what doesn’t. The tips and techniques shared were practical and easy to do at home. She is very patient and didn’t rush through the session.

I had the pleasure of working with Imogen for my wedding and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we met at the trial, Imogen made me feel completely at ease. We chose Imogen to do the makeup for our wedding and Imogen was an absolute delight to work with. She gave each of us exactly what we wanted and asked for. We found her very warm and easy going, as well as organised, professional and communicative. She was focused on making sure she was providing a look that each of us liked and felt comfortable with.
Imogen also brought an assistant with her to work with our mums so that everything could run to time. The makeup done by Jennifer was equally excellent. We all had so many lovely comments from family and friends, and everyone’s makeup was still going strong at 1am when the dancing finally stopped! I am blown away by my makeup lesson with this wonderfully bright and enthusiastic young lady. The lesson was absolutely amazing from start to finish, broken down in very easy to follow steps. Imogen used some of my makeup and a variety of things that were in her box of tricks.
She painstakingly took photos of every brush she used from my kit so I wouldn’t forget either. The attention to detail in the write up was simply astonishing. I recently had a makeup lesson with Imogen. We did a step by step natural makeup with Imogen doing one side of my face and me doing the other. This was really easy to follow and I was so pleased with the results. There are comprehensive follow-up notes, showing pictures of my products with which brushes we used with them. I have also received a list of Imogen’s products that were used so I can complete my makeup kit.
This was a lovely Christmas gift to myself and I will be using Imogen again to create a different look.
Right from first meeting Imogen at my trial, I knew I had chosen the right person for my big day. She is fun, relaxed and definitely brought the good vibes (despite the early start!) When we wanted natural makeup, this is exactly what we got and Imogen listened so carefully to our requests and any little changes we wanted. She was so composed all morning and kept an eye on how everything was looking before we walked down the aisle, managing little touch ups between us getting ready. Couldn’t recommend Imogen enough and I will certainly use her again for future events!
Imogen did the prom makeup for my daughter and two friends this summer. They all absolutely loved the looks she achieved and were thrilled with the whole experience. I highly recommend Imogen for your wedding makeup. From first contact to the last moments, she was amazing. I was so happy with my bridal makeup. We went for natural but glowy and it looked perfect and I felt amazing. My bridesmaids all looked stunning as well. Imogen also accommodated my last minute request to help my Mother in Law with her makeup on the day. She was friendly and helpful and really did help out with more than just makeup on the day – transporting all our bits to the venue and generally keeping us all calm. I used Immie for the first time last week for my Royal Ascot makeup. It was such a brilliant experience – she was friendly, professional, quick and the results were stunning! She made me feel at ease and made suggestions for colours and styles, and was happy to listen to what I thought too. I can’t wait to use her again in the future. Would 100% recommend her!
Imogen came to do her natural makeup lesson with me and her communication leading up to the session was excellent and so friendly, so I wasn’t nervous at all on the day! The lesson itself was well planned, well explained and massively helpful, with both a summary of the lesson and a list of product recommendations tailed to me provided at the end.
My Grandmother also decided to go ahead with one of these lessons and wanted to say thank you to Imogen for the lesson and the product recommendations (which he has now gone out and bought almost all of!) She also wanted to add that the lesson was perfectly adapted to her with her age and skin, and that it was an all around great experience. Thanks Imogen from us both!
Highly recommend! I am the Mother of the Groom next month up in Nottinghamshire so can’t take Imogen with me, so I had a makeup lesson with her instead. She was very patient and communicated extremely well and I loved the result. I learned a whole new world of makeup for my aging skin! The follow up notes are perfect and I am confident that I will do a good job come the wedding. Very professional, very personable, very lovely young lady who really does know her stuff!
Imogen was fantastic right from booking the makeup trials through to my wedding day. I needed bridal makeup along with makeup for my two bridesmaids and mum. The moment you meet Imogen you feel like she is a good friend or part of the family. She listens to what you would like and is great at making suggestions. The quality of her work is clear from her website, which is why I chose her. She exceeded my expectations and my family loved her work. My Mum wants to adopt her!
Imogen clearly loves what she does and is absolutely brilliant at it. The makeup she uses lasts exceptionally well. My wedding was at 2:30pm and the makeup lasted through to our survivors photo at 2am! I cannot recommend her enough!

Imogen did a trial session and the makeup on the day for my daughters prom this year. Imogen was amazing at putting Erin at ease during both sessions, chatting away as she worked. She really became one of the group and was very calm, funny, professional and knowledgeable. Erin never wears makeup so wanted to feel special on her big night, while still feeling like herself! Imogen hit the brief spot on, even changing the base colours to suit her fresh spray tan. I could not recommend Imogen more, a lovely and very talented young lady.
