I booked Imogen in for my graduation makeup and I can’t fault any part of the experience, service or makeup! After having a lovely chat and booking in, I then asked if my mum could also be squeezed in, which Imogen agreed to with no issues, and then offered to come earlier to get everything done, so we had plenty of time to get to my uni (I was very nervous about being on time!). She arrived right on time and discussed what look I wanted, she had a lot of brilliant suggestions and it was clear she knew a lot about colours/tones and what would compliment me whilst giving me the look I wanted and matching my outfit! Imogen was so easy to chat to whilst makeup was being done and she checked in frequently to make sure I was happy with the makeup/if I wanted anything done differently.

Afterwards she did my mums makeup; my mum hasn’t worn anything beyond some eyeliner since before I was born so she really didn’t want anything too heavy or intense and was very nervous about looking “ridiculous” as she just isn’t used to makeup at all! However Imogen was so considerate, really listened to her and made sure she created a really subtle but pretty look, and my mum kept smiling all day! She really loved it more than she thought she would, and both of our faces looked amazing late into the night!

Would thoroughly recommend Imogen and I would definitely book in again without a doubt!
